Sonic 4: ep 1 and Scott Pilgrim Vs The World are what I've been playing lately, as in currently... Finally got a copy of Little Big Planet and 3D Dot Game Heroes that I'll get to playing sometime soon. Got plenty of 'free' time over the next week with the holiday and all and a good 5 day weekend

That game is just...awesome. I've played through it twice, I love the dialogue and the Tim Burton-meets-Pixar world design. It has a dark, twisted slant to it that I really dig.Kosmit wrote:Psychonauts. Delightfully weird, this game. And the dialogues are just killer. Go buy it.

Re: What are you playing?
Just finished Mass Effect. What a mind-blowing game. There were a lot of gameplay issues that really annoyed me, and it was a little easy (granted, I only played on the Normal difficulty setting), but it has probably the best storyline of any game I've ever played. I just finished three minutes ago and I already want to start again and play through on Hardcore.
But I gotta play Mass Effect 2 now.

I didn't even know the second existed. What is there from the first one?mirkosp wrote:Super Meat Boy and Da Capo 2. Yeah, uh... kinda opposites?
Dreamcast was a great console. So bad that after some time it went unsupported. SA and SA2 were 2 great games. But you should try Grandia II if you own it.Enigma wrote:Sonic Adventure.
Dreamcast anybody? :3

Re: What are you playing?
The nice part is at least imported games and homebrew stuff (and emulators) work on it without needing to go through a bunch of hoops. Or maybe I'm just in that lucky group that got one from the run without protections against that stuff on them.Panky wrote:I didn't even know the second existed. It is really nice to play Game Boy stuff on there since it doesn't have any of that stupid border crap around the sides that the Super Game Boy did. You get the entire screen real estate instead. And save states. When you're dealing with games that old, the Dreamcast can easily handle full speed rendering.
