Five songs?

Ok, here's a few good ones off the top of my head:

Orgy - "Stitches"

System of a Down - "Chop Suey"

Sinisstar - "Psychosexy"

Powerman 5000 - "Son of X-51"

Crazy Town - "Drowning"

Now that's just rock, I don't really know metal (but there are plenty here that know metal like the back of their hand, so ask them about metal)

But, I can recommend one metal song I've come across in my cd collection:

Napalm Death - "Twist the Knife (Slowly)"

And if you need a stepping stone to get you to liking rock, try the this album: Loud Rocks

It contains the best collaboration (imho) of rap and rock (more like rap guest vocals):

System of a Down + Wu-Tang Clan - "Shame"

This was a good video using that song, but it appears to have been removed....
The Big O will KILL you!

Otohiko : well you can c when you can't feel the ghetto spirit
well maybe i was wrong and there are some issues that are not fake
but there are still fake-issues in almost any type of music even hip-hop

btw i've opened my tv today and i saw a rock band and DAMM they tryed to rap so much and it was bad really bad

downwithpants:
1.Yeah, it makes it much better 'cause any gay mutha phukka can scream "fuck" and record it
2.i already said that
3.it is

Otohiko: i dont call everyone "fake"i'm sayin' that there is a lot of fake
stuff

Kai Stromler:
Tupac is The Best artist Ever!
and no Fred Durst or any matel singer can even do 1% of what he has done in his 3 Years as a professional rapper
and he still has CD's(with tons of hit singels) that are not out

Vlad86:
I've heard some of these song i could'nt find tow of 'em(Psychosexy & Drowning)

now here's my review:

Stitches:
this is the best song from all of 'em but the beats were annoyin'
there's an annoyin' scratch and the sound is really bad
but with some good remix production they can be fixed
grade : 75

The Son Of X-51:as i said they need good production
and stop fuckin' scream
grade : 30

Chop Suey: there are some parts that i really liked but that "DIE!" part was dumb and all the other part when they are screamin'
grade : 65

now here's some good songs try 'em :

1.Bob Marley - No Woman No Cry
2.Bob Marley - Is This Love
3.2 Pac - Changes
4.2 Pac - Until The End Of Time
5.2 Pac - Starin' At The World Through My Rear View (Feat. The Outlawz)

The lyrics should be fairly easy to find, some of these songs should be easy to come across too (although 2 and 5 will be difficult to hear without purchasing).
I heard that song is awsome, allthough I can't get it to download or find the CD with that song on it. :x

Goten,

The Bob Marley (why do I keep thinking Muppet Christams Carol? "We're Marley and Marley...") songs were ok. Made me think about Jamacain stuff.

2 Pac......nope, not at all. Bob Marley was better than 2Pac.

Question 1: Did you like 2 Pac before or after he died?

Question 2: How does a dead guy keep releasing new music?

Oh and a little side note:
Amazon.com wrote:Editorial Reviews
Amazon.com
26 cuts of "gangsta rap" that only increase in doom when you realize the guy talking it didn't live to laugh about it. Perhaps he now knows the answer to his question, "I Wonder If Heaven Got a Ghetto," which shows up here twice. Shakur, like most hard rappers, liked to sound tough, kicking it with song titles unprintable in a family newspaper. But, underneath the braggadocio, there was fear. "Only Fear of Death," "Nothing to Lose," and "I'm Losin' It" tell a far different story than "Fake Ass Bitches." His artistry could never, however, catch up to the sad fate of his life. --Rob O'Connor
Hmmm, what was that about sounding cool again?
So being real, means being scared?

Some more songs (that I just thought of for some weird reason):

Blur - "Beetle Bum"
Blur - "Song 2" (Whoo Hoo!)

Gorillaz - "19/2000"
Gorillaz - "Clint Eastwood"

What do the above bands have in common? Same lead singer.

Oh and two new songs:

Incubus - "Megalomaniac"
Incubus - "Pistola"

And one old (but good) song for the road:

Kraftwerk - "Autobahn"
The Big O will KILL you!

I've found Nettwerk's Werkshop to have very low prices:
Skinny Puppy - Vivisect VI, 10 bucks for the CD.

Also, there's the video from the Too Dark Park Tour Backing Tape and a live bootleg from the Last Rights Tour floating around the p2p networks.

I'm not sure why son_goten overlooked my list. I feel rather slighted.
