Back's still hurting me. I'm using Salonpas pain relief pads... They kinda sting, but the NSAID goodness is reducing the swelling I think - bonus - I can combo them with 1000mg of Acetaminophen without any issues. Ended up having a sinus headache yesterday, and my cough came back, so after watching my friends bankrupt a sushi place with a $20 all-you-can-eat deal, I ended up trying to go to bed early. Woke up dizzy and nauseous. Called in sick from work. Promptly fell down the stairs. Once the pain killers i'm currently on wear down, I'm going to be seriously hurting.

I think you need to go see a doctor/chiropractor/masseuse/whatever as soon as you can. There's a limit and I think that getting dizzy and falling down some stairs is past it.
