No, I'm pretty sure it's not. The valley is way too open and large. Sedona is nestled in this much smaller valley area that you have to take this crazy little windy road to get to, with rock walls and ponderosa pines much closer in, iirc.

Actually, upon further investigation I'm fairly certain it's Castle Valley, Utah.
