So far I'm luvin it more than MvC3. It's got MvC3 beat in terms of content and staying replayability, that's a fact. The characters each stand out on their own with their own styles and specials and the story mode is extremely well done. Not as wide-ranged as say BlazBlue's but the developers really went all out with focusing on the main themes of MK's plot thru the beautiful and well-voiced cutscenes by adding a good mix of drama, humor, action, romance, surprises and fanservice and each character they force you to play as as you progress the story feels really great. After each battle you gain coins to open bonus content and each boss opponent you fight against with the different characters gives you more coins since each boss opponent is the last opponent that your character will face before you move onto the next character. Imma wait to unlock shit when I finish story mode. I do not like how at certain points during story mode you're forced to fight solo against 2 opponents to move on, and none of the two are downgraded at all. You really have to use your specials, defenses, and x-ray attacks to the max in order to get by some of them but at the same time it does help you learn more about all you can do. The last boss opponent I fought wuz a fuckin joke, when you get up close to him he just straight up murks you but if you stay far away he'll taunt you, leaving himself wide open. I just dashed in and did little attacks whenever he did this and let the clock dime him out for both rounds. For those of you who are long time MK fans yall probably know the dude I'm talkin about. I just put in 4 hours in story mode alone and I'm halfway done. Online play is more than decent and so is arcade mode, the character and stage fatalities are great. The music's aight but I'm really luvin the tracks in 2 of the stages and seriously luvin Mileena's theme, that track stayed on my MP3 player in my ride since January. Tokimonsta's the ma.....I mean girl for that track. I'm nitpickin when I say this but I really wish the PS3 version wuz custom music enabled, got Kratos though so it's all good. Favorite fighting game that's come out so far this year to me. Even though you can only buy it online I bet Skullgirls will be boss too when it comes out. No infinites at all in that game which is VERY nice.

Sounds like they've made up for the last 3 shitty MK games, i'll be getting this with Portal 2 soon enough
