Yeah, I have to agree. I love me some Tomb Raider, but the camera somehow manages to get worse with every game. I feel like they spent so much time giving Lara realistic-looking animations that they skimped on some important game design elements. Like puzzles. And combat. Dear God, combat. If they can't do it well, I don't see why they don't just take it out entirely. Lara is an explorer/adventurer; the whole game could easily be a platformer. I'm crossing my fingers that the new direction of the upcoming game will resolve some of these issues.

Exactly, the graphics have improved so much but the whole game is shit. I played Legends first which got me into the series and I loved it. Anniversary was also pretty good and then we get this crap.

The puzzles are solved way too easily and aren't fun and challenging anymore. I don't even know why I'm still playing it other than for the story though I really hope the upcoming game will be better.

Oh, and FFX was the first FF game I completed. Which also got me into the FF series.

Tactics is best FF ever. VIII is actually my favorite of the console releases, though. Of all the FF games I've played, I've only completed the ones released for the PSP that I own (except II). I have VII, VIII, X, and recently XIII, but I've only been ably to get to the last boss, and since I'm under leveled on all of them (save for XIII), I haven't been able to beat any of them.

In other news, been playing a lot of Black Ops and Portal 2.

A free MMO called Vindictus, after trying many this one is pretty good. I enjoy it more than I do Rift. I stopped playing Rift months ago. lol

Havn't played any games on the ps3 lately. Looking forward to FFV13, and Tomb Raider. Both look Amazing! Love square enix.

FF12 failed the "would I rather be playing minecraft mindlessly" test, so it's gone back on the shelf for the time being.

Even worse, I pulled out an SNES game I'd rather be playing. [Earthbound].

So yeah, I feel bad for the poor game.
