Lonely. Like... really lonely. Like... house is empty I don't have any friends everyone was busy now it's super late and I might actually still be depressed not that it matters I'm all by myself in the world...

Develop a best friend over six years, let your heart get broken, cut her out of your life entirely... and... yep. This is me now.

Been there, all I can really say is that if you don't let it get to you, it will get better. But if you should do what I did for a while and wallow in self-pity you won't get anywhere until you pull yourself out of it. That said, don't bottle your feelings up. If you feel sad be sad, but you have to dust yourself off eventually.

Neck/shoulder/back still hurting. Seems like it's getting worse every day. Trying not to lean forward as much while sitting, but every position I take seems like bad posture for my lower back and I keep fighting the urge to crane my neck forward to read monitors.

Doesn't help that all my leisure activities involve sitting at computers and all my work activities also involve sitting at computers. Of course, with the current pain and muscle stiffness I'm feeling, I can't legitimately do anything else right now anyways. Gotta find some stretches or something, because this is getting ridiculous. It's happening 2-3 times a year now and making me worthless for weeks each time.

Turns out they call this "mouse shoulder" and a number of people in my family get it bad too. It's essentially tendinitis in the shoulder muscles from computer work and stress. Good thing I don't have any of tha-OH WAIT!
