Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

Re: Vent Thread
Starting from tomorrow I'll start working in a new section of the hospital. Man, I have worked in almost all the sections but this one is called 'The Bloody Prision'
And the reason is: I can't leave the section until no more patients comes, and that will rarely happen considering every 5 minutes a new patient enters in the hospital with injuries and lots of bleeding. Sigh, it's gonna be a hard time

Re: Vent Thread
I have to imagine shitting off a friend is your friend standing on the edge of a cliff while you stand on his or her shoulders and drop a D off into the depths.
I'm going go to try this now.

Re: Vent Thread
So I ran 10 miles for the Army Birthday this pass Friday... didn't really prep up for it, so after it was said and done, I spent all weekend with some achy joints. Particularly in the hip-flexor muscles. Well, today the kids left the door open... again. This pisses me off, because my dog loves to run away. I'm sure he thinks of it as a game, a game where he wants to be chased. I don't think he understand how much THAT pisses me off. So I humored him... and chased him for about three blocks around the neighborhood... until he became exhausted and laid down in some stranger's yard. I walked up to him, hooked up his lease to his collar and took him for another around the block back to the house. He wasn't too happy about that.

In reference to this post: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/v ... 4#p1445373
My Great Aunt and Uncle have been a huge part of my life ever since my mother moved us out to California. Sunny has been part of their family and mine for the last 11 years. She was the sweetest dog I had ever known. She loved the attention she received when everyone visited for all the major holidays and even the Superbowl. She is always the first one to greet you when you enter the house. Family and friends from all over knew who she was and gave her a big hug and a scratch when they saw her. I had invited my good friend and fellow editor DWChang to one of my Uncle's Superbowl parties one year and almost every time we chat he mentions "Sunny the fatty".
Every Sunday for the last 4 years I have been having dinner at my Aunt's. Sunny would sit at the end of the table waiting for us all to finish so she can lick the plates clean. We even joked that she cleaned them so well, you could throw them back into the cupboard. After dinner, we would all watch TV and she would lay down in her bed just below the TV just so we all knew she was there. If the cat decided to rub up against her, she would give her a big lick and Lucy would run off wondering what the hell just happened. She would never bark unless told. If she wanted to go outside she would patiently stand next to the door waiting for someone to notice her. If she was outside, she would do the same and then we'd all feel bad for forgetting she was out there. Sometimes, during one of the big holiday dinners, everyone would be chatting it up and we'd all go silent and laugh after hearing a loud squeak coming from one end of the table. It was Sunny, playing with her rubber chicken.
Sunny lit up our lives like no other pet has and she will be missed very much.
R.I.P buddy.
I found out tonight that my Great Aunt's dog, Sunny, passed away this past Wednesday. I had known she wasn't doing well so when my sister txt'd me asking what had happened the other day (and never really told me what she had heard), I assumed the worst. When I entered my Aunt's house, I noticed the dog bed had been removed and I then knew exactly what had happened.Pwolf wrote:I hate it when someone IMs, txts, or e-mails me saying something along the lines of, "What happened to so and so?!" Assuming I know what happened and then doesn't reply to me when I ask "what do you mean?"
Now I get to worryingly wait for some potentially bad news :\

Re: Vent Thread
I would like to say a prayer for Sunny.......
"Father God in Heaven, in the name of Jesus I want to say thank you for the blessed character you've gave to one of your many creations, Sunny. She was and forever will be a treasured part of Scott's life, his family's lives, and friends' lives. Lord you said that you gave all of us a destiny that would be glorious and pleasing not only you Father, but to also each and every last one of us, and you would put lives in our lives that would help shape these destinies and Sunny was one of those lives that helped shaped them for some many people dear God. For years her sunny disposition, character, playfulness, protection, courage, and most of all love showed so much power in the lives she touched while she was on this Earth. Her destiny from the time she was born till the time she died was to bring forth these characteristics to the lives she was a part of, and to be the perfect example of man's best friend in the animal kingdom. I ask that you continue to shield her loved ones while they are in this time of grieving for her dear God, wrap your loving arms around them and shield them from every evil that would come against during this time and do not let the bad emotions overcome them. Let her memory always be a constant reminder to the lives she touched that even though tomorrow's not promised to no one, the time we share with our loved ones will last forever in our hearts and we can pass that same love to others, from one generation to the next, whether they be human or animal. In the magnificent and holy power of you God, we do say, Amen."
