Technically, to go along with what Vlad said...
...yea, the picture would look somewhat like this if you broke KC down into the various incarnations...

1. King Crimson IV (1972-1974) (ahead by a nose...)

2. King Crimson VII (1999-2003)

3. The ProjeKcts
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

1. Symphony X

2. Blind Guardian

3. Star One (lately... but it would normally be Opeth)

Stone Temple Pilots

The Dismemberment Plan

You've never even HEARD of Tom Petty? Get out. I could understand if you didn't LIKE him, but to never have even heard of him? Jesus, what kind of a rock do you live under?

Tom Petty is kind of like cut-down Bruce Springsteen. It's ok if you don't know who Bruce is only because you live in Israel and mainly listen to rap. (Nobody else with access to this board has an excuse.)

People listen to music in all kinds of languages because they either have broad musical tastes or an extreme depth of interest in one particular widely-distributed style. It's usually a little of both.

I think I can beat nailz...let's see:
* English (-no example required-)
* German (In Extremo)
* Japanese (Sigh)
* Norwegian (Burzum)
* Polish (Sacreligium)
* Russian (Atoll Nerat)
* Korean (Black Hole)
* Brazillian Portuguese (Distraught)
* Old Swedish (Ulver)
* Sumerian (Morbid Angel)

Ok, the last one's reaching a little, but still....
