i´m german too, and i can´t stand them. the lyrics are shit, and i think they can´t really play their instruments. THEY SUCK.

I prefer In Extremo over Rammstein...bagpipes make everything so much cooler.

I picked up a free CD (the newest one of theirs) during a radio station promo event at my university, and I must say, once I stopped laughing I was fairly impressed (forgive me, I'm from the U.S. and German just sounds so funny to me when it's being sung X3 I'm sure some of our music sounds hilarious to people in non-English-speaking countries) Yeah, some of the songs aren't so up to par, but this is true for any band you may consider, so I don't see it as a good reason to judge them too harshly. But if it's not your taste, then it's just not your taste.
