This weekend I'm going home to visit my parents, and my little bro isn't coming with. I love hanging out with my family and all, but I have actually missed driving long distances alone. Sure, having someone with means you can have conversations and stuff, but there's something to be said for just turning up the music and driving.

I do miss the days when I traveled across the midwest alone in my car going between home, school, family gatherings, visiting friends, and cons. I get random flashbacks every now and again when I listening to CDs and what not in the car on long trips now. It's nice having someone to chat with now on drives but there really is something about popping in a Daft Punk CD, turning the music up, and dancing and singing along while traveling down the interstate at 70+

I hope to meet some other editors as I have never met any in person before.

Others I realize I'm up late marathoning the eva rebuilds drinking coffee out of a FLCL mug wearing a Samurai Champloo tshirt playing the new Fire Emblem while also on skype with my girlfriend while she plays minecraft.
