Had to put my cat of 14 years to sleep. Her cancer had taken its toll, and she wasn't doing well. She'd stopped eating and just looked in a lot of pain. Bad feels man.

During the rally thing at work today they decided to close it on a "heartwarming' note and advertise for the humane society that is taking donations in our lobby. I love our cat but I'm a dog person at heart and being forced to look at some of their showcase pups that need a good home honestly hurts. Like, I feel physical pain and sickness because I want to help and just cuddle them so badly. I would seriously kill anyone, anywhere for the chance to have a dog again. The fact that there are animals out there who need and deserve love and care kills me inside. I may be a hardass sometimes but animals, especially dogs, just melt my heart.

I need a dog soon or I'm going to go insane.
