My local shop is starting up Munchkin on Tuesdays, woo! My week is now full, since my gf is away at school and I'm bored as shit anyways.

Mondays: Modern
Tuesdays: Munchkin
Wednesdays: Draft
Thursdays: Casual YGO/YGO Cube
Fridays: FNM
Saturdays: Pokemon/YGO
Sunday: MTG Cube

A writing project that I'd been working on for over a year (which is basically shaping up into a very long novel) is finally starting to turn into a real physical thing. This is still only preliminary work for it - notes, research and outlines rather than the actual thing, but it's still very satisfying to actually hold something that actually has weight and feel after wrestling with it in your head for months and spending many nights typing it into a computer. And goddamn, 140,000 words of printed text when it's just "preliminary work" and "outlines" is nothing to shake a stick at D:


(kinda hard to tell, but that is indeed a stack of a couple of hundred printed pages)

Now to sit on it for a couple of months, work out the kinks, and flesh out the actual thing. Will probably take me the better part of the next couple of years at least, but hey, this is a pretty good place to be already. This probably also partially explains my relative inactivity as far as AMVs lately >__>

Was cooped up in my room for a good while and did not want to go outside; refused to even see people.
I guess I just get into that phase sometimes. But I've been going out lately and spending time with family and friends and it feels damn good.
Also, I've been writing so I can get my very own novel published. Feels like I've accomplished something. So yep, I'm satisfied right now, haha.

I have 10 finished diaries of my life. Maybe I should publish them and make a Princess Diaries of my own...although my life isn't that of a princess.

BTW nice to know there are writers in this forum. I love writing
