TBH, I'm tempted to say it might be some new type (Light?), because it looks way too "normal-ish" to me, and that feels weird. I'll just wait for the official type to be revealed.

I'm agreeing with Mirko, I see a light type coming in. The rainbow in the background might be a clue to that. Although I must say it looks adorable, it seems to be going in a new direction for Eevee designs in the past. Not that it's an entirely bad thing, just something new for the new generation of designs.

Whatever be it, I don't think it's going to be an already existing type, for the simple fact that it wouldn't make sense to hold off the type info otherwise. They want the new type announcement to be bigger/at a later time.

I thought it was flying, though that didn't fit with the whole eeveelutions being special types thing. But love sounds like a special type and that would make loads of sense. Though, if infatuation becomes more common in this game, I'll be pissed. It's the most annoying status.
