Holy balls. All the pain, but feeling better now.
Kisanzi's brother came over and did some stretching on me. He's a professional trainer and he does this resistance stretching to help with injuries of all sorts. He was actually involved in a car accident earlier this year and was experiencing a lot of the same symptoms I've been having so he knew exactly what to do.
I hurt like hell the past couple days after it (just a lot of general soreness since it was crazy intense) but now that it's starting to go away I'm noticing my headaches, nausea, and vertigo aren't as bad. He said it'll come back as time goes on since it was just a single session and it needs to be a more regular thing I should do to really help it fully go away but I now understand why people pay this man a couple hundred dollars an hour for this treatment. I will I say that I was really skeptical and nervous going in but dayum. .-.
Now that I can actually move my arms again (the past two days basically consisted of me sitting on the couch, holding my 3DS at a low angle because using a PC, reaching, etc. was just NO) I really wanted to kind of spread the word.
If you're ever in Boston and you want a great place to go then I've got one hell of a reference for you
