Sure they do. I watched it with a bunch of AMVers over in Chicago and I thought it was pretty hilarious, least the episodes I saw. I don't generally follow stuff on my own though, so I left it there >__>

And yes, I don't watch TV or follow any shows on my own. I did however check out a whole bunch of stuff while on vacation in December, and burned through all of Arrested Development while in Chicago. Enjoyed!

IDK... just about every thread or, hell, youtube comment stream has had at least one person suggesting that River Song was Amy and Rory's daughter. I half expected myself.

I don't watch the episodes on youtube streams, or follow threads talking about Doctor Who. So, no, I didn't know or even guess. (Also you should completely expect yourself)
