umm. . hanson never went away. And they get respect because they actually PLAY instruments and WRITE their songs.

Avril can't sing. She sings through a voice augmenter like crazy. you can hear it on her cd.

Celien Dion's most popular songs are written by Jim Steinmen, the guy who wrote all of Meatloaf's songs.

And i find it funny that 90% of these replies are talking about overplayed "playlist" songs on the radio. . . . of today. . . .

I just listened to said Avril Lavigne's said "cover" of said Chop Suey. I'm sorry, but anyone who thought that she was seriously attempting a cover of that song is stupid. You can actually hear her trying to suppress laughter when she yells "Blah blah lalalalala!" and she only got about halfway through the song. She obviously was just joking around when she did that.
