I believe the mp3s contain the lyrics in a purer form than any text file could represent. I think you've said all you need to on the subject. It's clear you don't actually want to even try to understand why people like this, let alone give it a chance yourself.

I don't mind you disliking the various rap/hiphop scenes, just please do not objectively criticise them without an attempt to understand what you're criticising.

Well, there is. Cowboy Bebop, for instance. Consider the orientation of the soundtrack, even.

I think you're missing the point: He wants to be able tp read what is being said. He doesn't care if you think the rap is purer than the CD insert, he wants to see the lyrics in writing. Besides, you can't always distinguish what is being rapped/sung in a song. Hence the FBI's investigation of the lyrics to The Kingsmen - Louie Louie

You know personally i dont give a shit about rap wiether its ol'g gangsta or not(such a dumb word lol) well anyways if you wanna hear good listen to rock because there is none other then rock, rock is holier then thou. Just like James hetfeild says "fuck it all and fuckin no regerts ill hang myself on these dark sets" now thats a real qout qouting metallica is the best and also dont know why i said that above i just felt like qouting it lol. Well if all you rappers want an opinion on the music you listen to i would have to say that its one of the crappiest sounding stuff in this whole entire damn world.
Well forgive me for dissing your musik but thats what i totally think about that shitty stuff

And besides if you dont like what i said then fell free to take time and listen to rock and you'll see what i mean, if you know what i mean :wink:.
