Otherwise, I think the question is silly. Other than DWP's list here, I wouldn't be able to come up with a generalized 'why I like' description for something as broad as a genre.
Comparison also doesn't work. What does objective comparison with a song that you associate with a certain event or place in your life? What does objective comparison have to do with the "beauty", "passion" or "depth" of the lyrics, even? What does complexity, especially average complexity per genre, have anything to do with it?
Personally, my perception of music is somewhat visual. I like texture. I like 'feel' in music, I don't care how it achieves it.
For some, you don't need justification. I like dada rock because it's dada, dada, dada.
