I download everything to the desktop and then at the end of the day copy it to where it needs to go.

I just use "my documents" for that. I used to do desktop, but it's true - becomes a f'n mess!

I do the same thing...except I don't do it 'at the end of the day' I move things when i get sick of having everything on there, or I've finally checked out what it was >_>

I download too much crap during the day, so I get sick of it at the end of the day. Mostly it's because I download like 20 amvs a day...
