I'm working on a Angel Beats AMV for AWA expo. The problem is that all the blu-rays won't be available until after the deadline. I'm gonna have to use lover quality footage for some of the parts

i'm fixing up my round 1 project editor video and then another video, depending on when it's done, I'll put in AWA Pro or expo. Soon I'll be working on an advertisement for a local convention.

I had been hashing around a few different ideas for the AMVers MEP (you draw AMVers in whatever situation and animate). It had always been on the backburner because I wasn't sure I could do it.

Today I happened to listen to an old old edit of a song I did for a REALLY old AMV idea (and I just never deleted the edited version-- how it survived so many data transfers and computers I'll never know). I now have most of the segment scripted. I'm probably going to start drawing today or tomorrow. I'm thinking later today I'll hash out if I want to do frame by frame or make tweenable characters.

And I'm also considering sending in an old AMV that never got much attention to AWA Expo.
I don't have access to the huffy currently (probably on an HDD at my parents') so I'd be sending in something that probably looks like trash compared to the competition since there's all this hooplah for HD. I don't know if it'll be worth it or not. But I really like the video and it deserves to be seen. =(

Oh and I got a hold of the footage for a gurren lagann vid I've been meaning to do. I just need to clean it up before I head to Japan in August. Hopefully the entire video will be done before then but I'm not expecting too much. Here's to trying to get back into my fave hobby!

I love that Sunshine video. Aside the first action complex where you used the 3D animations of the bombs planned detonation, felt kind of slow compared to the music. Gets way better towards the end might wanna trough in some scenes in the first action sequence other than that not much to complain about.
