My only gripe is that the medic had funnier names for his achievements.

Hmm very interesting upgrades. The back burner and alt-fire ability worry me in regards to game balance. Though I am sure they have tested these extensively.

Yeah :\

But I really like the compressed air blast idea, something i would never have thought of. Thats a great thing for a pyro without giving him/her too much extra advantage. And despite what krat says the pyro did need something extra.

This backburner though, Jesus Christ, I dunno bout that it seems too good to be true and might be too much.

I dunno, there's definitely drawbacks now, particularly with the additions to the regular flamethrower. I'm pretty sure I'll find myself switching between all three constantly, so it seems like VALVe really nailed the whole 'alternates instead of upgrades' thing this time.

Also, I thought some of the achievement names were brilliant, I lol'd multiple times. OMGWTFBBQ should be an interesting one.

Sounds awesome. I think I'm most excited about the compressed air though. You'll actually be able to run at a soldier and not get immediately wasted (not to mention the other uses of knocking players around with it). And the backburner . . . geez. If all it does is make the pyro loose the compressed air ability, well, that's just the current pyro with 225 health and guarenteed crits x_x

EDIT: (Also, could you kill with the pyro's taunt before?)

It says on the TF2 wiki that the Hadouken taunt does 1 damage, but maybe they'll change that, or add a new taunt with one of the new weaps that does damage.

Also, another update, some good news and bad. Bad first: Pyro cannot air jump, Robin Walker says they experimented with it, but it just wasn't as fun or practical as it seemed. :(

Good news: unlocks are tied to achievements, yes, however, you only need 15 for the first unlock, and then 5 for each subsequent unlock. So, new weaps at 15, 20 and 25. \o/

Maybe we won't need to farm these after all :P

Just a random thought, but for the sniper achievements (when and if they get around to them) I want a semi-auto sniper rifle that stays zoomed in between shots :F
