It's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more fun to lay there in the dark for hours, feeling exhausted from the lack of sleep the previous night (and the night before that, and the night before thaaaat...), waiting and praying to fall asleep while the right side of your head thumps with pain and the left side aches from you forcing yourself to only sleep, take calls, listen to things, etc. with it. But be careful, don't take the medication because you've already hit 200mg where the maximum is 300mg and puts you at risk of seeeeeizure~

It's ok though. Maybe one day Workers Comp will get back to me. It's only been a month now since I've spoken to my claims adjuster. For all I know they could be approving the MRI, sleep aid, and second opinion doctor tomorrow. Oh wait, they don't think any of my symptoms were caused by my injury. Ah, yes~ The non-existent days before I was injured and had all of these problems. Those were good non-existent days.

But I need to be quiet right now. Kisanzi is sleeping and I can't stop laughing. It's probably not funny but for some reason right now all of this is fucking hilarious and I'm giggling like an idiot. At least I haven't lost my sense of humor.

Today I was jogging out of Safeway to catch up with my parents in the parking lot. I took a stride or two into the street, and the tendonitis in my knee acted up so as I go to push with my right leg my knee decides now would be the perfect time to cause sheer amount of pain to go through my leg and not be able to push up so I can switch to my next leg. So I totally ate pavement in the middle of the Safeway parking lot. Fortunately being a primarily stage actor I know how to properly fall and really all I walked away with was a small scrape just above my elbow where I rolled on to when I hit the ground. Also when I fell there weren't any cars around so when my glasses went flying they didn't get run over or anything and I recently bought a phone case so my phone was protected too, so I guess I have the fact that I didn't break anything and dint completely scar up my face like I did a few years ago to be thankful for. Stupid tendonitis affecting my ability to do anything physical anymore.

My boss feels his employees' performance is poor. According to him, we're supposed to be teachers AND customer service reps AND quality control AND experts in all English dialects (because there's only one English, right? RIGHT?). Oh, and I'm doing a terrible job because I let my students pick out their lessons instead of dragging them into something they have zero interest in learning. Also, I'm supposed to be a mind-reader with people who can't speak English and who I've never actually encountered, either.

Needless to say, my poor performance in all of these aspects has caused me a one-on-one meeting with the boss every working day for the foreseeable future. He only berated me for 30 minutes straight last time we were in conversation, so a meeting with him before any of the rest of my classes is how I want to start every day from now on.

Living an old ex story where mine keeps bitching and making snarky remarks whenever I say/do something. We're bound to be in each other's online faces everyday because we're in the same group chats on Skype. I have to remain civil cause I'm having other things to worry about. It ain't easy yo. :/
