Punk(and all xx-Punk forms): Social Distortion, Flogging Molly, Jimmy Eat World, The Clash, Rancid, AFI, Agent Orange and a whole slew of others...
Industrial/Electronic Rock: Skinny Puppy, Stabbing Westward, Orgy, KMFDM, Klank, Depeche Mode, New Order, Econoline Crush, Front 242, The Cruxshadows, and others (I could listen to Industrial music all day )
Post-Punk/Goth Rock/New Wave: The Replacements, Sisters Of Mercy, Peter Murphy, Comsat Angels, A Flock Of Seagulls, any Bob Gould project, The Cure, so many more... (I could listen to this stuff all day also )
Adult-Oriented Rock: Goo Goo Dolls, Garbage, Barenaked Ladies, Matchbox 20, Sarah McLachlan, October Project, Billy Joel, Celine Dion (like 1994-earlier), Angie Aparo, Oasis, The Alarm, U2, Jewel, Fleetwood Mac, and others when I'm in a funk
Wacked Out Stuff: They Might Be Giants, Electric Six, Queensryche, Jesus And Mary Chain, The Pixies, Bis...I could probably think of more if I tried...
Ah, yes, Trio...the ones that America has immortalized as the ones who performed "Da, Da, Da" (one of my favorite songs, BTW-if only I could find the English version as well). But I didn't know they were a punk band . At least, you certainly couldn't tell from that song.flash_pub wrote:very recommend you to listen “Trio” punk band, from Germany, playing 20 years ago

Be non-conformist! (Everyone's doing it!)

Doors
Moody Blues
The Who
Procol Harum
Emerson, Lake and Palmer
Lead Zeppelin
Iron Butterfly
Johann Sebastian Bach ( he was the "rocker" of his time, the Toccota and Fuge in D minor is one of the eriest pieces ever and still used for horor movies. )
