If you like ("hard") rock [I don't honestly know what you guys consider hard], then you should check them out. The song that I liked from them the most in high school was Payback. Good song to beat the crap out of somebody to.

That was way back in the day when I listened to the harder stuff. They have a new CD out. But I haven't heard anything on it yet. They really seem like an up and coming band that will be popular within the next two years.

Wow, that was good. That must be from their new cd. I'm surprised, they seem to have gotten better. Though the lyrics are still just as good as before.

I recommend these songs (in order):

One more time
Payback
Out of whack
Inner strength

Dream Theater, I believe that they are hands down the best Prgressive Rock/Metal band ever. You can find them at:
www.dreamtheater.net

Some of their best albums, in my opinion, would be:
Live at Budokan
6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence
Image and Words
Testudo, Form!

LOL! My sister was named after that song. Both my parents really liked them. XD

How can you not name "Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From A Memory"? Thats their best album!

Now on to music. Some good metal is Symphony X. I recommend the album "The Odyssey"
Also Nightwish is awesome. Takes a while for some to get into them since the lead singer is a chick but damn can she sing. I would recommend "Once" only because it was their Americanized release but my favorite is "Wishmaster"
