Tech support is easy-peasy. Call centers get paid more for having TSS so they usually take care of them better. Even at ACS where I worked they took good care of TSS.

I guess this is my "coming out" post to the Org...

This stage of pregnancy (16 weeks) is really boring. The only thing that's going on is that my old clothes are not fitting and it's getting harder to bend over, which I suppose is something. But I'm not feeling preggo anymore...just big.
