Been averaging close to 12 hours in the past week. Not that I hate sleep (sleep is the best thing), but it does suck going to bed early AM and waking up mid-afternoon .__.
For me, it's more of a mental thing because if I *know* I have to go to work or school, I get up crappy no matter what.ZephyrStar wrote:I don't feel good unless I get around 10 hours of sleep. 8 hours is pushing it, 6 is like torture. I kinda wish I could get by on 6 hours...I'd get so much more done in a day. Instead I've been calling it quits at 9:30-10pm so I can get up and go to work at 7am.
