And just because RAP ARTISTS use the word "nigga" does not mean that one can refer to ALL black people as "niggers" (and you really shouldn't refer to ANY black person as a "nigger"). Rap does not represent the majority of the black experience or culture, and should not be considered a guidebook as such.
