Maybe they were.

The Deftones are a heavy rock band. As far as I know, anyways, they rose into prominence during the mid-1990s, along with Korn and Limp Bizkit and others of their ilk.

I'm not a fan, personally, but hey, whatever peeps like to listen to...

The Deftones released their first album in '95. Theyve had a fairly decent mainstream success, though most of their fandom and such is more underground, and this considered, they have a pretty huge fanbase. And their new album has gotten pretty good promotion, so I figured some people on here might be hyped about it and want to discuss it.

I'd get it, but I only have White Pony right now. I'll probably get Adrenaline or Around the Fur first.
