help identifying a song

i need help identifying a song that i plan to use for an amv. its an instrumental song from an old halloween cartoon. its where it has the devil summoning evil spirits that fly around him and at the end they all go back into the ground or some thing like that. if any one can help that be great since this song is pretty old. i saw the cartoon back in the 80's but its probably older than that.

I think I've heard it before you mean the one song... with the notes.. and instruments and stuff. right.

do you know the name of the cartoon at least?

nope it was never mentioned. it was played on a disney halloween special in the past.

Do you mean Petrovich Mussorgsky's Night on Bald Mountain? There's a version by the Cleveland Orchestra I highly recommend if so.

Sounds like Fantasia. And that means it's probably Night on Bald Mountain.

i found out the name of the song. it was Night on Bald Mountain. but thanks any ways.
