Fave Japanese music?

Post by OmniStrata » Tue Jul 09, 2002 1:55 am

Ok.

I just want people again to know that "I've" rules all.

Not one, but I think now it consists of 8 members!

Each are female, each can make they're own soundtrack both as a group and/or separately!

Here's the kicker, they sing HENTAI GAME MUSIC!

^_^

Any others who like other J-songs?

Anime / game / pop or otherwise?
"Strength lies in action. Let the weak react to me..." - Kamahl, Pit Fighter from Magic: the Gathering
"That is a mistake many of my enemies make. They think before they act. I act before I think!" - Vortigern from Merlin ('98)
"I AM REBORN!" - Dark Schneider Bastard!! OAV

I like Yuki Kimura and Megumi Hayashibara :) My fave songs from each respectively are "LOVE & JOY" from YK and "Get Along" from MH. (Tough choice on the MH song.. I like so many of her stuff.)
Alcohol, Drugs, Overdrive, Noise, Neon Lights, Party People, Revolution

I really like X-Japan a lot, as well as hide's and pata's solo works.
Anything that they've done just....rulz

Dir En Grey is really good too. Their music and lyrics can get a bit on the weird side though, for example:
"so rape me until you're satisfied that I am yours, father
but see, mother is looking down on us from up above"
-From embryo

Wacked.Even beats "Tier"(beast) by Rammstein, which is about a father and daughter having a secret sexual relationship, then the daughter kills her father and writes it all out on paper with his blood,in my eyes.
