Whats the name of this old song?
I remember a song, but completely forget the lyrics and name which would mean I'm screwed usually ,but maybe someone can help me out.
It's a old song. At the beginning I remember hearing a helicopter and the song had Viet nam undertones in the meaning
that enough to go on, I doubt it

It's probably Metallica's "One" that you're after, but given this excessively bare-bones description, and the fact that I can't think of "published in 1989" as "old", it may well not be.

Is a god passage of Metallica, maybe treat from the album "and justice for all" and the title should be "one". However you should make a piece of research from programs peer to peer.

It just might be "The End" by The Doors, as played from the soundtrack to the movie Apocalypse Now -- at the very start of the movie, you hear helicopter sounds, and then The Doors' song gets going.
"If at first you don't succeed, try, try again...then quit and get tanked."
