Under Rated bands
Everybody here knows that most of rock bands that are "In the top of the charts" the majority of them SUCK!, and really those bands do not deserve to have that position.
And i gets on my nervs because there are plenty of EXCELENT bands out there, and those bands are not given the recognition that they deserve.
One of the bands that i think is under rated by the audience is Nonpoint.
Nonpoint is an awsome band and they have 3 records and the 3 records have not been well recieved in my opinion. Yeah there are famous on the underground scene, and their getting some popularity but i think that this is a band that needs to be heard.
Well i named one that i think is under rated. can somebody give some more names

Rodan, Slint, Gastr del Sol, Alice Donut, Smog, The Bevis Frond, Windy and Carl, The Major Stars, Magic Hour, Ghost, A Minor Forest, The Charlambides, Abunai!, The Legendary Pink Dots, Bardo Pond, Jessica Baliff, Eleventh Dream Day, Stars of the Lid, Retsin, The Magnetic Fields, A Silver Mt. Zion, Pan Sonic, Kinski, Palace, Yume Bitsu, Ruby Falls, The Mountain Goats, Cynthia Dall, A Scanner Darkly, Papa M, 00100. I could go on and on. None of these bands will ever reach commercial success, but I've seen them live and own their albums, so that's good enough for me.
And I'm going to make an AMV for every goddamn one!

You wouldn't put them in there if you lived in Australia, its just that a lot Aus shit that makes huge over here becomes small anywhere else. Think of all the underrated Aus bands then who can't even get a national audience let alone international.BigshotSpike wrote: silverchair(remember these guys, anyone!?)
Also silverchair now have a new single and are beginning to tour soon.
