I've always thought shutDOWN would make a great Ghost in the Shell/Lain video. It's a long song but wouldn't be too hard to edit. The lyrics aren't exactly about technology, but work well with the content and could be construed to be about it.

Also, Every Home is Wired would be great lyrically but wouldn't work well as an action video. The music changes up around 3 mins and could help facilitate a darker style of editing, but still not really action.

Last one I can think of could work lyrically but doesn't explicitly mention technology is Everygrey's Rulers of the Mind. It would definitely work as a dark action video though.
