Tv Mix [Help]

Ok So I'm Working On My Video For The "Holiday MEP 3" So Far Its Looking Real Good But I'm Have Some trouble With a Tv Blend

I'm Using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8.0 And What I'm tying To Do Is Chang Whats on The Tv you Know Like Make it look like there watching something els that there really Not

Noise generator + random seed = snowy TV
It usually helps to apply a light blur.
And asking for help, wording it the way you do, this is about the most I'm gonna bother saying.

go into your pan menu, click the mask check box, use the pen tool to mask out the tv screen, place the clip you want to appear on the tv on a new time-line directly under the tv clip you masked out, then use the pan menu to shrink the new clip to the size of your tv mask.
