ok, i started making amv after i watched this video.

but i can't find out how to make the text effect that is from 0:50 to 0:58. please help me!

That typography was pretty shitty, but you can do that type of stuff in After effects actually pretty basically, It's possible in like Vegas and stuff but won't look as smooth and be way more difficult.

you would just do text, but worry about learning editing basics before you jump right into advanced stuff (as I said in yer announcement thread)

Same basic concept. It's really just a matter of applying stroke to the text, there might be a preset for it, I forget.

Quick note though. And I'm telling you this understanding you're new to all of this. If you follow the tutorial and put your text in your video using the tutorial's techniques, everybody's going to know you just followed a tutorial, and didn't really use your own creativity. Take what you learn from the tutorial, and figure out your own way of doing it.
