Its doable in Sony Vegas but would take a lot of time, a lot of 3d source alpha compositing tracks and a few parent/child relationships. I don't think there is a plugin for vegas that would get you the effect right off the bat, and its all a lot easier to do in something like After Effects.

For all I know its not newblue unless they released a newer version. I would do it in After Effects too, you can alter the look too with the sheer amount of additional options.

Unfortunatelly i am 99% sure there is no such plugin for vegas... you might be refeering to something like an AE template . Basically there is : 3d space a few 3d layers duplicated and moved on the x axis....tha part that looks like an reflexion of the main layers...a camea..a null...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand thats it i think for the basic picture..unfortunatelly besides the theory of someone refering to a template wich u alter inserting in your own media..you have to add those+ parent/child relations and all theyr movement+the camera movement yourself.....an yes in ater effects even tho it is not that easy..its a lot more easyer than in vegas....in the 3d chapter vegas tends to be a lot more harsh than ae...and overly complicated with i dare say not so good results..yetthat depends on the person editing it...dont know if this actually made any sense or answered your question yet i still hope it did at least a little
