How is this done? Masking maybe?

I was just wondering how the clip looks like that? Is it some sort of plug-in or was it masked to look like that? It's from 0:20 to 0:23. I think it might be done by masking, but I was playing with it and I couldn't get it too look like that.

nahhhhhhhh it's not masking that kind of stuff it's made on photoshop the same for heart,flowers and rectangulars ect i use those in my vids too XD but you can actually do that with spicemasters too if ya know the way^^but yeah photoshop is da best for these things^^hope it helped XD

Not masking. Definitely Photoshop. And like mayachan123 stated, you can also do it with Spicemaster 8D

Most of it was pre made effects, you can do the rest in vegas
