how to rotate an object at one point ?

everytime when i rotate an object or i masked something and i tried to rotate,this happens.
What do do i have to do that the object will only rotate on one point?

Center your pan/crop so that the object is in the middle, then try rotating it.

thanks i actually wanted the object on the left side,so i didn't know what to do,
but you can actually do it in the center and afterwards you can the position with motion track,i was so
stupid thanks
