Yeah, much vegas goin on.
Just change of colors, can't quite say how to. But not hard, basic vegas fx has it.

For :17 it looks like they just masked out a shape on his face and put different colors under it. The same as they did at :10.
And at :08 are you talking about the reddish color effect? You can do that with gradient map and some "add noise". Maybe a little black and white too to make it dull like in the vid. Idk about :22
