It doesn't look like a pre-cut shape so it's probably custom made.
Depending on what editing software you use. You can use the pen/mask tool to make this shape yourself and then apply a edge bezel to get that rounded 3D look.

You can make them in photoshop or something similar, just draw the shape and use a bevel effect ^^ I have like a million similar ones cause they're addictive to make xD
