animation templates?!

Hi people =) , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nojmKg8q8b8 these backgrounds in the beginning , I've seen them in some amvs but i dont know where to download it neither their name, an user in this video said that they are "animation templates" but I searched for that and I can't find anything, anyone knows where to download it ?

They look like they're something from particle illusions. It might be possible that they're presets within Vegas but I can't verify that.

Oh yeah, (sorry for the late reply) thank you so much =D I never associated that effect with particle illusion, it was really this what i was looking for ^^
