I figure Vegas and all those could do this but I have videopad, a single line editor with a barely editable overlay track. I think maybe rendering a clip "zooming" then overlay it with the next clip "zooming" then render that and so on. The video was done in flash, so I assume that's how it was done (make scene, turn scene into object, tween object, repeat) Could there be an easier way to do something like this? Would it be just as complicated in a multi-line editor?
Is this effect do-able on a single line editor? (pip to pip)

It is possible to make that kind of effect on a single line editor but it just wont look as good as a multi track editing program
