Hey guys!Can anyone plz tell me where i can find lightning effects like these on the videos?it would a very good help!

I used "Particle Illusion 3.0" to add lightning to the end of my adult "Anibert" HMV short.

Man, these youtube AMVs are making me sick 
If you really want the lightening, I KNOW most editors get that from Grimjow vs Ichigo scene where they just key out the colour. Some more original ones do the lightening themselves on AE but that example you gave us was one which originated from bleach. Im sure Dragon ball Z has some of those kind of scenes too.
