usually people offer something in exchange since this is the 'opinion exchange' section.

So if you want an op you might want to offer an exchange deal

Isn't this what he's doing? otherwise,it would be in the Amv suggetions forum..or does this just mean that some people don't read the forum rules? I wondered if he was going to leave me an opinion if I op this, but i was too bored to download before I'm sure..

I don't see it explicitly stated anywhere... i'd assume not.

yes I will do opinion exchange, sorry I was out of it when I posted this. I mean unless making fun of people is what this board has come to than ill just throw in the towel now cuz im not into that sorta thing.
