There is an improvement in sync and scene selection. That said, and looking at your entered roster, you do not seem to be taking the time per video that they need. Always Quality over Quantity. Take time, use (W)ork(I)n(P)rogress, ask questions. Once in a while you might get a non-troll to respond (but with past Org xp, I don't hold breath).
