im just starting to get used to vegas so i wanted to get people's opinion of what i have done as a ruff draft for a amv

Lots of lip flap, you have no transitions, timings a little off, you have watermarks, the footage is different sizes.

You can crop it with various programs. I personally use Aimersoft video converter. But there are plenty of other ones that other people use.

I use Xilisoft to convert the videos to Avi so i do i need to re convert the videos to a nother format and start over or just fix the main vid some how

If it were me, I'd reconvert. But I'm not sure about the other programs but to ensure the highest possible quality, I'd reconvert.
