I'll op it for ya if you don't mind oping the Dynasty Gear X vid in my sig! its only 20.5mb and 59secs so it shouldn't take too much of your time ^_^

if you want an opinion, find a way to make the filesize bigger than 3.71 megs. I'm not downloading anything that small, and certainly not a self proclaimed 'random action' dbz video that promises to be piss poor quality.. And no, this is not harsh for me.
