It comes from Slayers and the characters name I believe is Conel Sanders.

What happened to her: She suddenly became allergic to cat dander and died because she sneezed so much and so hard her lungs exploded.

I have no idea. I have seen parts of all these anime....never all of them though.

Since nobody could answer it. The correct answer was Hanmyo. She was a Kei Pirate. The Outlaw Star went to battle this mysterious Kei Pirate ship which was actually Hanmyo and it got destroyed along with her in it. (Way to go Jim you killed your girlfriend and you didn't know it.)

Okay it is still my turn. Nobody has given me an answer yet. Here's a new question.
