What a brilliant concept (although it not really that hard to refer somone's vid, but it will certainly get you a higher quality of video to op.)

Anyway you got me thinking about who's videos really needed ops and though I missed this thread when it first came up I can't help but post Absolution.

It won at AWA and yet only has 2 oppinions. I'd do something about it but one of them is mine.
